Useful iPhone Apps for Educational Purpose

I've been trying out a few educational iPhone apps to run on iPod Touch lately. I did my research and found really useful apps which are also free. I thought I share the list with everyone. All of the following apps can be used on iPhone and iPod touch.

1. VocabDaily Free: Learn a new word each day or find new words to share with your students using this application.
2. Word of the Day: This application is another way to get access to new words to expand your vocab and teach with.
3. AccelaStudy Vocabulary Builder: Created for studying for the SAT or ACT, this application is also a great way to boost your own vocab and teach your students new words.
4. Free Translator. This translator uses Google Translate to help you translate between several different languages.
5. Remember the Milk: Many students and web workers may already be using this great application. With the iPhone version you can take it with you anywhere.
6. Todo List: Check out this application to monitor your to-dos and keep them handy at all times.
7. Brain Tuner: presents you with 20 to 100 math problems and asks you whether the solutions provided are right or wrong. It times you and presents a score based on accuracy.
8. GPA.me: This tool will allow you, or your students, to more easily calculate their GPA.
