Study Graphic Design in Bangkok?

Since my web-design skills are self-taught (books, online tutorials), I recently thought about getting a formal education in graphic design or visual communication. It could boost my credibility in my resume. I googled and found 2 decent schools.

Raffles International College offers professional diploma(1 year), advanced diploma(2 years) and Bachelor degree(3 years) programs in Graphic Design(Visual Communications). The professional diploma will set you back 150,000 Baht. I called them to get that info.

Accademia Italiana offers a Bachelor degree in Graphic Design Program. I don't know how much it costs. I think their main program is Fashion Design.

I'm quite interested in Raffles' professional diploma but classes are offered in weekdays only. That just ruined it. I can't get my diploma!

So, my fall back option is self-study. I'm gonna get Jim Krause's index series from Kinokuniya. The Designer's Ultimate Index (3-Volume Set) includes layout index, color index and type index; which will cost me 2000 Baht in total. Jim's design basic index is sold separately for 800 Baht. The cost is only 2800 Baht but I will need a lot of self-discipline.
